What does the free calculator do?
It estimates a sustainable starting rate from your owner-pay goal, overhead, billable capacity, visit and travel time, supplies, payment fees, and reserve buffer.
Is the result a local market rate?
No. It is the rate your stated business model requires. Compare it with local alternatives and adjust your offer, service radius, capacity, or assumptions when the gap is large.
Does PawMargin store calculator inputs?
No. Calculator values remain in your browser and are not transmitted or stored by PawMargin.
What is included in the Pricing Kit?
One XLSX workbook with Start Here, Rate Card, and Monthly Goal sheets for building service prices and tracking a revenue target.
Which software works with the workbook?
The file is designed for current desktop Microsoft Excel and can be imported into Google Sheets. It contains no macros.
Is the $19 price recurring?
No. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
How does delivery work?
After Stripe confirms payment, PawMargin verifies the Checkout Session on the server before returning the workbook. A redirect alone cannot unlock it.
Can I share or resell the workbook?
No. The purchase provides a personal, non-transferable license for one pet-care business. Personal backup copies are allowed; redistribution and resale are not.
What if the download fails?
Use the secure delivery link again, allow browser downloads, and then contact support from the checkout email address if the problem continues.
Can I request a refund?
Because the Pricing Kit is delivered immediately, sales are generally final after successful delivery. For a duplicate charge, non-delivery or access problem, unusable file, or material misdescription, contact support@pawmargin.com as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the problem. PawMargin will use redelivery, replacement, technical correction, or an appropriate refund when the legitimate problem cannot be resolved. See the Refund Policy for details.
