PawMargin is a sole-proprietor business based in South Carolina, United States. For purposes of this policy, “PawMargin,” “we,” and “us” refer to PawMargin as the operator of this website and seller of its digital products.

This policy explains how PawMargin handles information when you use the pricing calculator, visit the website, contact support, or purchase a digital product.

Information the calculator uses

The free calculator runs in your browser. PawMargin does not transmit or store the income, cost, time, or pricing values you enter.

Information collected during purchase

Stripe processes payment and checkout information. PawMargin may receive your email address, transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and limited purchase details needed to verify payment, deliver the workbook, prevent fraud, provide support, issue refunds, and maintain business records. PawMargin does not receive or store your full card number.

Support communications

If you contact support, PawMargin may retain your email address, message, and related purchase information for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or secret keys.

Analytics and cookies

PawMargin uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referral sources, device and browser categories, countries, and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed without cookies or cross-site visitor tracking. PawMargin does not send calculator inputs, workbook contents, payment details, email addresses, or full delivery URLs containing Checkout Session identifiers to analytics. Stripe and the hosting provider may use necessary technologies under their own policies. PawMargin does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

How information is used and shared

PawMargin uses information only to operate the site, complete and support purchases, deliver transactional and support email, protect the service, comply with law, and understand aggregate performance. Information is shared with service providers such as Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and the hosting provider only as needed for those purposes, or when legally required. PawMargin does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Purchase and support records are retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information PawMargin controls, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. Privacy rights vary by location.

Children

PawMargin is a business tool not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
